03 Honda Accord Fuel Filter
does anyone know where it is located in this car ?
took a quick look under the hood for my friend and couldnt find it..
were guessing maybe it needs a new one because its starting to hesitate somtimes from 0 -20 mph....
we were thinkin maybe it also needs new wires and spark plugs and distributor cap

What engine does it have?
My '03 4-cyl does not even have a distributor, cap, or plug wires. It has an individual coil on each spark plug.
I think it's also got no fuel filter. Only a fine mesh screen at the pump inlet in the tank.

Correct, V6 is the same setup. There is a very small screen in the fuel rail IIRC. Might be thinking of a different year though.
Is it an auto or manual, how many miles, check engine light on? No immediate problems matching your description come to mind.

Could also be gummed injectors, or o2 sensor going bad, which is a very persistent problem among these cars. That could be messing with the fuel.
no check engine light on, 40,000 miles on it, its an automatic.. i personally think shes just trippin out, i drove it and the thing felt fine, but she kept insisting that it hella lags a lot of time and starts to hesitate

It might just be the a/c compressor cycling. That is pretty noticeable on a lot of those cars at lower speeds.
