I own a 2000 Civic SI. Bought it new from the dealer, and have had no major issues out of the car up until now. For some reason Both of my dome lights just quit working, and now my speedometer wants to sit at 20mph constantly. When I turn the car on it automatically shoots up to 20mph. Everything else works fine; tach, gas gage, etc.. I'm no master mechanic, so if you have a general idea of where I should start checking, please tell me! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
