There's only one shop I would take my car to....Hondaworks in Charlotte. It's well worth the drive. It's a 9 hr drive for me and if anything happened to my race car that I couldn't fix, I would drive that far to take it to Hondaworks. Kevin Helms of Hondaworks races in Honda Challenge and he KNOWS hondas. He's won just abou t every east coast HC race this year, and he's got a very good chance of winning the Nationals this weekend at MidOhio.

His shop is the one on Scaleybark road.

yea we build kevin at hondawork's heads for his race cars as well as tune his race cars and customer's cars. we know kevin very well and he can tell you that we know what we're doing. we have an in house dyno, engine building and development as well as anything performance related you could think of.

check my myspace page and click on the RLZ logo under my top friends list.

i wouldn't let anybody else tune my car personally. after seeing what has come into the shop that had already been "tuned" by another shop or "built", it's kind of scary. if you want it done right then yea i'd go the extra mileage. putting a turbo kit on isn't that bad, but when it comes to tuning i wouldn't take it anywhere else.

great question. i'd let him do both. and i do trust him. he's a little slow getting everything out of the shop because there's only like 3 of us working there. but the only complaint he ever gets is that he doesn't answer the phone.

been open 7 years and has NEVER had a car mess up because of something he did or the way he tuned it.

i trust him. my car was in his shop on and off for a year while we were doing the swap, building the engine, peicing the turbo setup together, all my different tunes for pump gas, race gas, 100oct, nitrous, etc...

ok that sounds great...cuz theres a place in greensboro called turbo tunes and ive heard theyre good but they do blow their fair share of engines and i dont wanna take that chance....by any chance do you know the rates and/or how much it will cost
