noob build question!! help grealty appreciated!!
hey guys, its that time, and we are pulling out the b16a2 and swapping in a b18c in its place. I got a couple noob questions. first, heres the setup: this car is to be a dd...
intake, full exhaust, header, intake mani, throttle body.
Skunk2 valves, retainers, springs, and proseries stage 2 cams.
looking at the possibility of swapping in pistons as well.
Q's:
What size throttle body would be best for this motor? 70 or 68mm?
What pistons will give higher comp. and be good overall?
thanks for the help!

If you plan on keeping the bottom end stock pro2's are over kill. BCIII's (if stock)pro1's if your upping the compression. I wouldn't go bigger than that.
Some suggetions to keep it reliable and in the 190-200whp range.
Good long tube header(not ebay)
US type r or jdm type r pistons(jdm have slightly more compression)
64-65mm throttle body
3"cold air with velocity stack.(good over all power adder)

ok, any good header in particular, the b16 header obviously wont fit, so how would the dc work for it? thanks! ho ya, and what is the jdm gsr tb size stock?
