i have a f20b motor i want to make it in to a stroker motor i heard you can use the f23 carnk and rods and use h22 pistons but they will pop out a little and i heard if you use f20c pistons s2000 they fit perfect is this true all threads i have search it tells you about the h23 block not a f20b any info would help and would a h23 with a h22 head swap be better

well the problem lies with the f20b being 85mm bore .

deck heigth is the same on all the h and f blocks.

youd have to sleeve and bore the f20 to 87mm to make the h22 or anyothe h piston

the f20 block is the dame as the f23 and h22a4 from 98+

if im not mistaken the f20b doesnt have the Frm sleeves like the H's do. so get a longer stroke and run custom forged internals. Might be more expensive then running h-series rods, and notching the pistons or some ****. but will be safer if done correctly.
