Default Grinding noise in tranny

after researching i have determind that my input shaft bearing is shot. My tranny makes this whinning grinding noise but goes away when I press in the clutch. Well I'm in the process of getting this fixed but I want to know what else should I replace besides the input shaft bearing since I already have the tranny out and how much are the parts, I know the IPS bearing is like $30.

You may want a front main seal for the transmission, rear main seal for the motor, throw out bearing, clutch assembly, perhaps fresh axle seals. Oh, some fresh trans. fluid as well. If you've got a bleeder or a friend available, why not service the whole trans. and bleed the clutch fluid with some fresh fluid. Since you're taking out the trans. you may want to think about upgrades if you don't have them....shifter bushings, flywheel, etc.
