Default Changing Spark Plugs

hey guys im new to this forum and i also just got a 97 Civic CX. first thing i will do a oil change, change the oil filter and change the spark plugs. it has a new air filter.

does anyone know what is the torque when installing spark plugs?
and also, how does the order of the spark plug cables go? the previous owner said he took it to a guy for a tune up and he thinks he might have put the cables in wrong order. thanks.

The torque spec is 13 lb-ft for an Integra, and I assume it would be the same for your Civic.

Firing order:
