Ok, here is my current situation. The window motor in my rear drivers side window just failed! So, I replaced it with a junk yard swap. The window now stops about 1/4 to 1/2 inch short of going up the whole way. When I was changing the motor out the window went up the whole way just fine. As soon as I bolted the window to the actuator, it now stops short. I even layed out the 2 motors next to each other to check the size and angles. I even looked at the mounting brackets to make sure they were all in the same locations. Any advice would be very appreciated!!!

it sounds like the clip at the top corner is broken , thus keeping window from going all the way up,

Are you sure you installed properly????

 

I would say I give it a 99.9% chance of proper install. I think the motor is just weak.
