Default h22 swap revs up and down not fitv ot iacv

The car idles fine for about 4 mins then it starts reving up and down with a pop noise from the throttle body when the rpms drop. Then if i shut it off and try to start it again the car just idles up and down. I have to reset my ecu so it can idle fine but then it starts to jump again. I have no cels. Do u think it can be my ecu. Its a p28? I have a h22 in a 94 gsr....I also cleaned the fitv and iacv.

The pop noise is it pretty loud? Is the p28 ur using chipped/tuned? Do a compression test on ur cylinders, also check for vacuum leaks. What do u mean by having the distributor restarted?

no its not loud, it sounds like if you open the throttle body and release it. I am using a virgen p28. I have no vaccum leaks
