Default Swapping d16a6 in 89 crx dx (pulling my hair out)

OK, before I get 100,000 links to the DPFI-MPFI section please read the rest of my post. I have 2 CRX's, 1 my 89 DX and 2 my 90 SI (totaled). I am swapping out the d16a6 from my SI and putting it into my DX. So I have the complete engine, all the harnesses, ecu, dizzy, resistor box everything, The question I have is will the engine harness just plug into my DX harness and that be it or do I have to do some rewiring? I am completely confident I can do the wiring, just need to know what has to be rewired. I have read allot of the links in the DPFI-MPFI section but most of them are talking about swapping the d16 intake mani, resistor box etc to a d15b2 which I am not doing so any usefully info on what would needed to be altered would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to alter your dx harness, the si one will not plug up. It should be just like doin a MPFI swap. Forget that you are even puttin the si motor in there and follow the mpfi swap instructions

Well this is the most straight forward guide I could find, lets work off of this.
http://effinmotorworks.com/Effin_MPFI_swap.htm
In his guide he talks about extending the TPS and EACV plug, is this required if I using the SI engine harness that already has all the injector plugs and etc? I'm just having trouble figuring out what steps I need to do and what step I don't. For example, in the guide he talks about doing some pin out on the ecu but I have the pm6 so do I just use the pm6 or will I have to alter the harness to use the pm6 or what? This is why I'm pulling out my hair

You wont be able to use your si harness for anything but misc plugs and such that u will have to cut off and solder to the DX harness. I would be nice if you could just plug up the SI harness and call it a day, but that would be too easy.
