valves ,springs, and retainers with ctr cams on a b16a

i have a 00 si with ctr cams.
wut would be better, itr vaves, valve springs and retainers or CTR valve springs and retainers?
also if anyone have them for sale let me know.

You wont need them if you're keeping the rev limit at 8000 RPM. But if you're raising the rev limit either set will do fine.

wanna rev up to around 8500rpm.
so any set will be good?
i know i will also need a ecu.
can i just get the obd2 itr ecu or should i just get it chipped with get a obd2-obd1 harness?
