new and need help
hey all
i just thought i would introduce myself
i am derrick franz and i just barely turned 17 and waited and waited for a crx. i bought it from my friend for 100 dollars cause i convinced him he was asking to much. so here i am with a beat up crx that i love so much, everyone calls me stupid and what am i thinking and my dad pretty much hates me but is looking forward to helping me fix everything on it. i think
anyways i would like to know what the stock block is for a 89 crx, i think i have a si it has one wiper in the front and one in the back.
and i was wondering if 2.5 inch piping and a 3" tip would be to much i am looking into a skunk2 mega power exhaust but i am open to suggestions if anyone has any ideas, im looking for a sorda mean growl, not the fart can at all. i dont care how loud it is just as long as it wont sound like a fart can

alright well i read up on it
i figure it is a si
has a sunroof
heat and a/c
5 speed
1 wiper front and back
is there any other things i might be missing for luxury?

If it has a sunroof, it's an Si. He was poking fun at you for having the "JDM One wiper mod". You should have two in the front like most cars.
BTW if it's the passenger's wiper arm that's missing, I have one FS for $5.

alright thank you that helps me to know more about what motor i have in my car.
i think it only has 1 wiper, i will check tonight when i go out to the shop to fix a few things.
is there any known problems with the engine, coolant related, it was late out but i started it up cause i put some better plugs in it and i shut it off, maybe had it running for around 5 mins and i could smell a little coolant, im hoping it isnt the head gasket, but there was nothing coming out of the exhaust, and no white or blue smoke?
