I purchased a 91 Acord as a daily, and I am thinking that the previous owner somehow overrode the auto seatbelts. Both the driver side and passenger side belts are stuck in the back position. Does anyone know where the fuses that you would pull to do this are located or if there is another method besides pulling the fuses? I have looked at a couple of the obvious fuses and they seem to be good. Any help is appreciated.

 

Don't forget the lifetime warranty on seatbelts. Just check to see whether they were actually disabled (tampered) because Honda can refuse to warranty them if they were tampered with.
