Tuning questions

I wonder what do you do first when you get to the dyno, cam gears, V-AFC, or timing? So what is the proper procedure for tuning? Thanks.

Well after the baseline run what would you do first? Cam gear, VAFC, or timing? I need some direction here. Thanks.

I first would trun the cg, then increase ignition timing, then optimize f/a
