If by B20Z2 head you mean P8R head, it'll work, mostly, except that the combustion chambers have an 84mm diameter, while your cylinders have an 81mm diameter. Not the best option. Search for P8R head or something for more info on that. Also what Chris said, you can't use those rods with that crank. However, I BELIEVE you can swap in an ITR or GSR crank, which then of course would let you use those rods, but bust out your calculator to make sure everything fits right before doing that.

Well, you'll have to do some searching to see exactly what's required, as far as any modification to the block (if any) and what kind of piston-valve clearance you'll be seeing. Online compression ratio calculators will give you some idea of this, but you'll have to dig through the archives too. Search for both of these, plug in your numbers/parts and see what you get. The calculator remark was for the math involved with stroke and so forth to see if that setup would have the pistons punching through the compression chamber in the head.

I also remember them being used, but it's been awhile since I was certain of the details, and I don't want to tell you the wrong thing. I would find out about how the pistons will be positioned with respect to the combustion chamber though.
