GSR cams will be much better

Yes, easily

Bolts right up, a GSR block has the internal oil feed port, so no oil lines.

The bigger, the better, SC's really hate inlet restrictions. I run a 75mm, but a 65mm would be fine for your setup and require less modification.

750's, they are the same price, give you more options later, and you can keep your fuel pressure lower, which is good for a number of things.

Whatever quality name-brand oil that you want; in the manufacturer recommended weight. I run 10-W30 Mobil1. just change it at regular intervals. Don't put any extra crap in your oil, it comes with all the extra crap built into it that you need.

The highest octane commonly available pump gas in your area, for me in NC it's 93, I think they only usually get 91 in CA. The tune will determine whether your stuff runs right and lasts or blows up, so get someone reputable and pay them the $ to do it right.

I think that 310's are a bit small, the smallest that I would go is 440's.
Typically people just use the instructions that you can download from http://www.supercharger.com.

what about a fmu? will i need one? i heard the 310ccs ar good for up to 300 hp. i dont think i will break that. also how much time do u think its gunna take to tune it? whats the rate per hour?
You don't need an FMU with a chipped ECU and bigger injectors.
310 CC injectors won't get you anywhere near 300 WHP with a JRSC. If you try to move enough air to make 300 WHP with an M62 blower, then it will be running way outside of its efficiency range and require a lot of fuel.
300 WHP is extremely difficult with a JRSC, very few people have done it, and nobody's done it on 5 PSI.
