best strut /sway bars
For front upper shock tower bars the password:jdm and the Carbing piece are nice.
The carbing is about $450 and the pw:jdm one is about $250-300 I think.
As far as the rest, just go with a name brand. If you don't have sway bars get those first.
a 22-23mm in the rear and a front sway bar appropriated to your driving will do you the bes.t Do a search for "sway bars" and find some comparison threads and see what people like.

Really comes down to customer claims.
Personally i like my nuespeed front upper strut bar, nice solid one-piece design, but i do fancy ( yes i said fancy) the 3-point strut tower bars that Password makes.
As for a sway bar, you have a few choices, such as OEM (jdm type R's), Nuespeed, comptech, ST.suspension, ect.
If you do plan on doing a rear swaybar, you will need to consider a comptech or ASR subframe plate/reinforcment kit, cause it can and will tear out the subframe holes.

Actually, what do you have done to your car now? Is it stock?
If so akuna is right, you'd benefit more now with a good set of springs/coilovers and shocks.

x2, i have heard rumors about 22mm + sway bars causing sub frame tear on factory suspended eg's/ eks/ and dcs without appropiate precautions...

in this case go by what ekforeverguy said..... however start with the sways they will give the most noticeable upgrade.

Neuspeed four-point front upper strut brace - cheap on eBay ($80 or less) and it'll do more for turn-in and stability than many more expensive bars.
Suspension Techniques makes the most user-friendly set of swaybars for the EG because they use heavy bolt linkages rather than the shitty Honda endlinks that break when you look at them funny. Also, they don't require aftermarket or swaybar-friendly LCAs. With the heavy bolt linkages you can adjust preload with an impact gun to suit your driving style.
Then again, if you have to ask a question like this, I assume you don't know what constitues "good handling" or the physics behind it, so it's really a moot point.

i think any strut bar will work, ive used 2pt and 3pt bars, and i dont see much of an advantage of a 3pt unless your doing autox or track stuff.. or atleast thats why i have one. now sway bars are a different story. your coupe already has a 23mm in the front i do believe, and nothing in the rear.. might i suggest a 19mm and a subframe reinforcement kit. its a good base until you learn the limits and decide your plans for the car. just an idea.
