All of the power windows except for the driver's window do not work when I try to roll them down. Everything else, including the power doors seem to be working just fine. I was wondering how I can fix the 3 power windows that do not work.

 

check the pwr window rely and the switches themself

 

same happened with my 92. any tint? if so, try removing. also maybe check the module/window motor along with swtches and relay as BlUAc said.
