Power blue timming belt??
I think Power Enterprise is the name. Very good investment, stronger timing belt (over stock) when using aggressive cam setup, ie. Toda Bs, Cs, etc. I know a bunch of the R owners are using this. I'm sure they can give you more info.
If its whining its too tight and if you keep running it like that its not the belt that goes but the waterpump. With cams as aggresive as spc-c you need good belt tension but only to a point. And a sure sign that its to tight is if you can hear what sounds like the belt whining.

If your doing the belt, pump and tensioner every 6months dont worry to much about it should be ok didn't mean to give you something to stress about. Its just that cams with such big primaries do require pretty tight belt lash, you can be too tight just what is too tight maybe steve(Sgt) can give you an idea of the tension he runs but dont let it worry you to much if you stick to your maint routine. Hope eveyting turns out to your liking after the tuning should be a real strong runner.
