I had similar problems a while back, and changed all the things you have so far. My problem turned out to be a torn head gasket. Once I replaced that, my car had no problems.

Try checking there, I hope this helps.

no it didin't go on even when the temp was past the Hot line.

The radiator before the new one was turning on fine but not this one. don't know why. He's been having the same problem tho. it wasn't the radiator

i noticed the bottom hose of the radiator isn't hot like the top one. does this mean it could be the bottom hose?

Loctate the thermostat housing. You will see a brass colored piece(thermoswitch). Unplug the connector that is on the thermoswitch and grab a paper clip. Put both ends of the clip into the 2 female ends of the connector (wire harness). Tell us what happens.

Yeah. That is the way to test your thermoswitch and also your relay. If the fan kicks on when you jump it through the harness then the relay and fan are good, but your thermoswitch is bad. Since its late and your buddy needs to get to school maybe you should pick up one from Autzone or something that is open. I believe it takes a 22 mm open ended wrench. Quick fix. I think my oem one cost me 20 or so.

Definitely a typo... sorry. Its hotter than hell in my house, makes me a lil crazy. But yes, your thermoswitch is bad. I would replace it as soon as you can.
