OBD0-OBD1 engine harness conv...Checking ecu code?
on the conversion harness there should be a toggle switch. if there is you switch it one and it will check the codes. if not you ground out obd1 wire d4 to the frame and it sould pull the codes. good luck.
Where did you get the conversion harness from?

Anyways, to check the code (with OBD-I) all you have to do is get a piece of wire or a paperclip and bridge the service connector on the driver side of the engine bay. It should have a yellow cap on it. Turn the key to the "on" position, but don't start the car. The check engine light will then blink whatever code it is you have.
Actually, it depends on how you rewired. If you used my guides, then you do indeed chort out the service check connector. But other people probably deal with this in different ways.
