Default probably a very noobish question

I'm planning on doing a mini me swap on my 94 civic. I am planning on building the head a bit, mild p&p, stage 2 crower cams, crower valves, spring, and retatiners, i/h/e. Will all of this pretty much drop in and work ... or is there additional tuning I will need to do to make sure everything works properly? Tried search function and can't find what I need (also might be because of noobishness). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Your car will run dangerously lean with headwork+cams on a stock ECU. You will need to tune it and richen up the maps.

Don't forget, fuel makes power, not air. If your headwork and cams get more air in the cylinders, that's great, but without more fuel it won't be making power.
