Default how to repair key scratches?

what is the proper way to repair a car that has been keyed? keep in mind it is going to get repainted .also do sand the car down and fill in the scratches in with body filler?

Depends on how deep the damage is. Its pretty easy if its not scraped down through a few paint jobs and gouged, dented up the metal. Remove/ feather out w/ 120-180, fill any imperfections that won't level out in the primer, finish and feather out w/ 320, prime, prep, paint. Just make sure you block it correctly with the true level profile of the car. If its not too deep, just sanding and priming will work. Use a good 2k high build primer and properly cure it before prepping.
