maybe the needle is just sticking a little. make sure that your gauge isn't out to far and rubbing on the needle. It would only take a slight drag to keep the needle from moving.

FTW!
There is nothing wrong with your cluster. The reverse indiglo gauges that are installed on top of your original gauges were not installed well and are causing the needles to stick. This is a common problem with indiglo and reverse indiglo gauges.
To fix this problem you can uninstall the reverse indiglo gauges.
EDIT: just read your post about installation
k its probably not your installation...its the gauges...its a common problem...
Glow gauges = indiglo or reverse indiglo gauges
all these gauges comes with wires.

yea your right but i took out the hot/cold needle cover and gas and sanded it down so it goes smoothly over. Also the rpm and mph slide perfect! but still when i start the car the rpm instead of startin at 1 it jumps up to 2 its just off by a little bit.. is that a serious problem that its reading is off by 1 rpm?
