Default what spark plugs to use?

i've got ls/vtec in my car and i'm trying to find out which new spark plugs to order...i know i prolly shouldn't use the craptastic ones that they use stock on a gsr...so here's the run down

b18a1 block
bored out to 82mm
12:1 compression
gsr head stock valvetrain

plus a lot more, but i think that's the essentials for which plugs i need to know...

i don't understand about how or why to go hotter or colder or whatever with plugs, so if u could explain why some are better than others, i would greatly appreciate it...thanks in advance guys

New NGK V-power BKR6E spark plugs (stock LS pistons)

NGK V-power BKR7E spark plugs for 10.0-12.0:1 compression

NGK V-power R5671A-8 plugs for 12.0:1+ compression

from that thread- its a great thread

Proper heat range is important so you don't detonate (ping). Use a hot plug on a n2o or turbo, you might just turn that plug into a glow plug and gases will burn when you don't want them to. you want the plug to get to a certain temp and stay there keeping the electrode clean and preventing ping. at least two steps colder when turbo or n2o. higher the # colder the plug. also go colder when raising compression.

now that makes sense..

so can anyone tell me for 12:1 compression if the above mentioned plugs are correct for me, or what people with similar setups are running in theirs and how they work for them?
