Default 99 Accord Coupe V6 - CEL with P0181

Hi All,

Just failed the smoke check on my 99 Accord V6 Coupe. The mechanic said that I have a "P0181 Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance". However, it looks like Honda does not even have this code. What gives? My smoke check is due in early October and I am starting to worry.

Any suggestions?

Thanks all.

update...

I use my friends Auterra Dyno-Scan to check again. It can back with P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank1). This look like an O2 sensor... but what is Bank1?

check out your catalytic converter before you replace any sensors. it is a high failure rate on this generation of v6 accords
