Default 92 accord - rad fan runs all the time

Just got an accord and installed a new radiator fan (there was none)
and a new thermostat (there was none) - fan runs all the time.
Dead cold engine, running fan.

Pulled off connector to thermostat housing to see if fan would stop, fan keeps running.
It seems to be ignoring the thermo switch.

Looks like all stock under hood, but it of course has been worked on.

Don't see any obvious added wires to short out fan and make it run.

Any ideas what is going on ?

Is there a custom mod used by some Honda owners to cause this (I am new to Honda).

Thanks all.

We found relay timer for fan on ebay.
Not sure where this part is on this car.

Anyone know where to find the relay ?

usually its under the hood somewhere .... the only way to get a rad fan to run all the time is to jump the relay points ... or have a defective relay... unless of course the previous owner ran a direct line and gave it power on key on ..
does it run with the car off too ? or just with the key on?
