Default gsr or ls tranny help? LS SWAP 92CIVIC I NEED UR HELP

i really want to know what trant i have.i bought it car with the swap.my tranny has no stickers or numbers on it at all.my question is could i tell what trany i have by seeing at what mph 1st. gear readlines?if this will work i need the help from the people that have this swap.i will need people with the gsr tranny and people with the ls tranny.now when i did it i did it kinda of slow so i would know what my mph read. thanks

hop on the freeway and get her up to about 75, if you are hitting between 4-4.5 you have a GSR.

3k to 3.5 gsr has a better final drive. A type R tranny has an even better one...

better meaning shorter? shorter is not necessarily better for everyone.

if you go about 70-75 mph in a ls, you should be at 3-3.5k rpms.

plus 1 k if your i a gsr

i don't memorize the type r thing.
