Sorry for the noob questions, but i am new at this so i really dont know, i am thinking about buying a Bomz Racing cold air intake and i dont know if it is any good it would great if you guy/gals could help me out, thank and sorry for the stupid questions.

they all work the same, if its a 3in tube throw a bpi flow stack on it and call it a day.

A pipe's a pipe.

Buy a 30 dollar one off of ebay - chuck the filter that comes with it, go to AutoZone and pick up a K&N for that size pipe - and that's that.

Don't pay 240 for some super AEM 40+ hp bullshit.

Stock airbox &gt; intake tube.

If you have to get one though, get one that bolts onto the chassis too (I know AEM does). It sucks to have some cheap *** intake scratch things up all because you wouldn't pay for mounts.

I bought an injen from stat racing for like 110. but whatever you do stay away from K and N filters. The reason why they create more power is cause they alow much more unfiltered air to travel through. IMO get a cheap 3" cold air and strap a "good filter" to it.
