oil squirter

anyone know exactly where the oil squirter on a f22b1 is? my manual says to clean the oil squirter located in the block after i remove the head but it does not say how to do it.

look between #2 and #3 cylinders, back side of the block, for a little tube sticking up. It's really an orfice to control the amount of oil going to the top end.
