I did a search but couldn't find anything or I didn't know what to look for.

Anyway, I picked up a '91 hatchback CX last week and just encountered my first electrical problem on it.

Outside of the dash is a relay that was half on and half off, meaning it wasn't completely all together. If you fiddled with the relay, you'd get the gauge cluster to light up and turn signals if you wiggled it another way.

Today I decided to fix the relay temp. by taping up as shown below






Soon as I taped it up and plugged it back in, the hazard lights went off. I have a service manual here on the PC but couldn't find out if the the black end of the relay plugs into a switch
