I have a 91 accord that cuts out at 3000rpm. Checked all sensors but no luck. HELP

 

lets try this again. I have a 91 accord that acts as though it hits the rev limiter at 3000 rpm. I've checked all the sensors, fuel system, timing and everything i can think to check but found no problems. theres nothing in any manual that gives me any direction. should i give up and b;ow up the car?

 

do you have any check engine light on?

 

check the tranny fluid, and level.
