Default I'm considering buying some new headers for my 99 Accord V6 VTec
Any suggestions or tips? How difficult of a task will this be? Anything that I'll specifically need, like a lift or such?

It's vtec, lol. To put on a header you may or may not need a lift or even stands for that matter. It just depends on how/where the header meets the downpipe, which I don't know for your model

you will need at least jack stands and DC sports is the way to go.
