96 Honda Civic Dx. I was changing the timing belt and water pump for maintenance. And after I put everything back and started the engine the was a flapping noise near the timing belt cover. So I opened the cover and found the timing belt was very loose. I know the timing belt tensioner is adjusted improperly. I was reading the Honda accord threads but not sure if the procedure is the same. I'll appreciate if anyone has any ideas on how to do the right adjustment, thanks Joe
