Car will start but the gearshift wont let me move it out of park even when i hold the brake, the horn is out, and the tail lights work but the brake lights dont. Anyone have a clue what the problem could be???

 

I don't know about the horn not working and can't check an etm from home to see if those circuits are related but not coming out of park and the brake lights not working usually is caused by the brakelight switch by the top of the brake pedal.
