f22a6 into a 95 hatch?

f22a6 into a 95 hatch?
the question is, is it worth to put a f22 in my civic or should i just find an h22. also i was told that a h22 head will fit a f22 block i dont know please help. by the way i have a f22a6 already. thanks you.
