Can anyone help me out here with cam specs...
I know cam specs do not tell the whole story about how a cam may perform but I would like to compare
these to cams if possible. Can someone convert both specs to MM lift and same adv duration?
I am looking for mild cams to use in my stock bottom-end B20Z
First off is the Crane cam:
ACU-261-2S-9
101-0012
10.15/9.85mm
(.400”) (.388”)
213/219°
261/267°
109°
Strong mid-range and stronger upper rpm HP. Use low-restriction intake/exhaust for
maximum performance. Works well with basically stock engine and stock compression
ratio. Fresh stock valve springs OK.
RPM Range: 1,000-7,000
Then The Crower 402 cams:
Stage 1- Street use and agressive Turbo or Nitrous. Idle to 7500 rpm. (up to
12 hp).
233 / 245
194 / 197
.414 / .399
