Default 2002 Accord SE auto - Boost'd recently - questions for anyone w/knowledge of this

Recently we boosted an 02 accord Se auto tranny - let me tell you whats in it...

t3/t4 hybrid from godspeed projects (slowboy garage) - 1st turbo blew 4 hours after install - possible cause was a tuning issue - got new turbo from them and now all seems ok -
aem fuel rail
440 injectors
apexi neo
fmu - this was removed by the tuner at nrg-tech because he said it was not needed
and was actually causing a problem ..
stock ECU - I know the tuner was having some issues with the tune because at first
he couldnt get the car to go above 3,000 rpm - He says he has fixed 1st and 2nd gear and now just needs to tune it for 3rd and 4th - and so that we could be our foot down fully on the auto trans without the car boggin or hesitating.. Is there a better ecu to use with an 02 Accord SE Auto ? Would a Chrome/Uberdata tune be beneficial?

I've been tryin to find out who out there has successfully be boosting an automatic for awhile and it seems ive found only 1 person so far, i think he goes by Jeremiah..over on accordingly board..
If anyone can let me know of any issues they came into or and tips/tricks for the car that'd be awesome...
It was a very bumpy ride in the begining but things are starting to come around

sounds like a great topic, bump for this, mannys are fast and fun but whooping *** with a wicked turbo setup when your too lazy to shift is even better. Keep us posted how the auto holds up and GET A TRANNY COOLER ASAP!

Oh yea we have a tranny cooler and also a walbro fuel pump
too .... Tomorrow the car goes in for the final dyno tune so we will soon see what happens.
What im worried about is the stock ECU ... ive read that this is a learning ECU and itll take some time but itll work right..
BUT, i have heard that before with my old 01 volvo s40 .. that is boost'd from the dealer and i had the ECU remapped and it took awhile for it to work and it really never worked the "right" way...
I guess we'll see what happens ...there has been speculation that the injectors are maybe a little too big and instead of going with 440's it should've been 350's

well now the tuners are saying the issue is that the map sensor is tripping the ecu ? and this is why i cant put my foot down on the tranny... its weird - it works sometimes... and other times it sputters

A good tune with proper engine management would most likely solve your problems.

by a good tune - do you mean a customer ECU flash ? or just a good tune with the apexi neo ? Because as of now everyone I talk to is saying the ECU doesnt need to be changed/flashed and that the problem has to do with a map sensor and/or a missing "link" whatever that means - no one can elaborate

That's a half *** way of doing it. Get it tuned with Hondata or something similar.

Just wanted to update everyone, the car was completed for now , they ended up doing a 5 speed swap instead of keeping it automatic, the guys at the shop said that the automatic trannys on these cars are pretty weak and we wouldve ended up needed a new one in 6mo to a year, - right now the car is running on a chrome chip tune with 7 lbs of boost, they dyno'd it and its running in the high 2**'s now ..
the car takes off smoothly, the boys over @ T and R Racing did a great job with the 5speed install and the tuning etc ..
