Default ROD Bearings and MAIN Bearings

I will be installing new jdm p30os pistons and rings. My motor has like 80k on it.... I wanna do everything once so I wanted to change the bearings. I hear ACL is very good but can I use OEM ones? Do you guys know if they sell ACL bearings at any auto store? You guys recommend anything else to be changed on the block while Im at it? Thanks

at 80k it really isnt needed but while you're in there do it

oem is fine

get oem instead of that autozone ****, rumors floating around that race teams use the oem bearings
