Default car wont start

my civic ran perfectly before i decided to wash the engine. i spayed it with engine cleaner and then rinsed it, i coverd the intake and tried to stay away from the distributor but i think i might have gotten it wet. now it wont start, just turns over. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take off the distributor cap and see if its wet inside, dry the components the best you can.
