not to sure what youd term this piece but i know alot of you teg owners with older tegs know what im talking about, its the black plastic portion below the bumper....anyways mine is totally sagging and its pretty annoying to look at sometime, any idea on how to remedy the situation????

cut it off

 

I took short (maybe 1/2") self tapping screws, and simply screwed it to the peice above it (also a plastic peice). Make sure that what ever you are securing it to is not going to spit fluids at you (i.e. the radiator ), or otherwise cause problems. It isn't the most glorious of fixes, but it does the job.

 

I have the same problem, I was thinking of just cutting it off as well.

 

I just used zip ties.
