take a 12mm bolt out that holds the ac compressor

it's slightly tappered at the tip and holds in perfectly while hammering out the "bitch pin"

you can use a nut and bolt. but some people say this method leads to a little sloppiness in the shifting.

do NOT use a bolt and nut to hold it together

ok this happen to me once i understand how hard something so simple can become? go to sears and buy a craftsbreak punch and just hammer it out. it takes about 1 minute to take out and 1 minute to take out the honda dealership never stocks them and cost about 2.65.
good luck
its always better to do it rite the first time than save some time the first time.
