Default B18C Misfire......PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

hey guys wassup.... so i got a misfire but im trying to figure out what it can be before i take it apart and end up sending it to a machine shop its wierd it really is.......the motor is a b18c with a Skunk 2 im, JDM ITR header, CTR cams but i did not install the CTR valvetrain ( is it necessary?), AEM intake, B&M fuel pressure regulator, and 7.5 lbs Fidanza flywheel and stg 1 ACT clutch.

The problem is that it feels and sounds like its misfiring, but the motor feels and runs strong at the same time. A compression check was done and one of the cylinders ( cylinder 3) came up low on the test.....i had somebody check it briefly and they told me it was misfiring till I took the person for a ride, but the person told me the car was running fine.

I was wondering if anyone here can tell me what it could be.....the low compression reading seems like it could be rings or valve issues, but again, the motor runs strong...could it be the lack of CTR or ITR valvetrain? The cams are operating the OEM GSR valvesprings and the car is running on a chipped P28 ECU.

Please help as i need to know what is wrong with motor.

How low is low?

And YES you NEED to install the valvetrain.

Chipped P28 untuned is a bad idea.
