another ls-v build...what u think?
heres another lsv build . this is my first motor build.l et me know what you think and how much power it should make. here is my set up
B18a1 81.5mm bore block:
Cunningham ultra light rods
SRP 12.5:1 pistons
ls knife edged and polished crank
benson sleeved
PR3 head
crower valvetrain
itr intake manifold
ctr cams
270cc rc injectors
megan 4-1 header
nx wet kit- 75shot
let me know if you think i should change anything up on my set up. thanks

There is no such thing as a generic "stage 2" cam.
You can find a better header than that.
There is no way of predicting accurate horsepower numbers, plus those threads aren't allowed.

actually my machine shop is doing a stage 2 regrind so its basically you could call it a "Generic" stage 2
im not trying to spend too much money on this thing. its just for a weekend of fun @ pomona. thanks for the imput.

SOO... you are - RE- building a motor that is already built??
what cams is your machine shop going to copy??
Who in their right mind sleeves a n/a motor and leaves the bore at 81.5mm?
I'd tear the engine down and check EVERYTHING

wow! relax.... anyways... no the motor was built be Jensen Oda of Apexi USA a few years ago for a customer and was never picked up. so i bought it off of an Apexi employee. i think its a 81.5mm bore but i cannot confirm this without calling Jensen in hawaii. and i believe they copy s2 stage2 pro series

ur gonna need larger injectors. 270cc isnt gonna cut it. i would go with maybe 440cc just to be safe. besides your better off getting larger injectors than u think ur gonna need so that ur not maxing them out.

yea pro 3's i have them lying around and i just thought id throw them in..... its those or ctr's..... no its for a weekend only. im doing this all on a budget and what i have laying around the house. we'll see how it turns out.
