help-> last bolt on y8 intake manifold!
this is that last bolt that i can actually see through the hold between the 2nd & 3rd intake runners in the hole for the hose coming off the oil separator box.
is the only way to get this bolt off from under the car? that would mean i have to drain the oil, remove the oil filter and oil pressure sensor??? surely there must be a easier way!!
i'm thinking of maybe just breaking the bolt and getting a new one.
anybody have any advice?

You should see the contraptions we have came up with in the past to remove intake manifolds... we've had about 4 socket extensions coupled to an elbow extension followed by 3 more exensions... it works really really well! Just come up with a way to fit the socket on there and take the sucker off! Just don't give up.
And to answer your question, no you don't have to take anything out. It's just not easy.

just use a long extension up to the firewall.
