Visual difference, Type R vs. GSR or Si cams.

Visual difference, Type R vs. GSR or Si cams.
I need to pick up a set of type R cams for my turbo motor and found a kid locally who's selling a set. I don't know how to visually confirm that they are TypeR cams and not some other B series cams. Is there a way I can make 100% sure I'm not getting conned into buying GSR cams?
( I know I said turbo motor, but I figure anything TypeR related is better asked in here)
