Default cam gears

i put in some new cam gears i got from ebay just to try it out, and it runs like crap. seems like my intake is alot louder with no kind of high end power.. can anyone tell me how this works??..

wait. you talking about cams ? or cam gears ?

if your engine is stock, and you slaped some cam gears on there.. you just waisted your $$

Leave the cam gears at the stock configuration. Without mods adjusting them will do nothing.

well i think i did waste my money.. on those cheap *** cam gears.. it was new.. timing is perfect.. i didn't go by the teeths.. i went by the cams. on the money.. i did hear i needed tuning done though.. i think that might be the best option if i was to keep them on.. thanks guys

I've heard of the AEM tru-time cam gears being shitty because of their shotty printing of the marks. I wouldn't even trust ebay cam gears.
