Default what intake with Performer X?

If I were to install a Performer X intake manifold, what off the shelf intake system would fit due to the fact that the Performer X has an angled inlet position. The car is a 2000' civic HB with a B18C5.

A little cut and trim of a standard intake will work. Silicone couplers help adjustment.
