It looks totally ridiculous. I would keep it on the left side. JMO.

if you want less air flow just do a side pipe right before the rear tire

but those 2 more bends wont do much as long as its mandrel bend and no kinks in the pipeing!

Switching the exhaust from left to right won't do anything. It'll flow basically the same.

Of course you can. You can put any muffler on your crx. It all depends on your welding skills. Seriously, though. Why are you trying to switch exhaust sides? I know why I am, but I'm a firm believer that everyone should have a strong reason for any mods they do. It sounds like you just want to mod something, to be honest.

Your flow is largely dictated by your catalytic converter, and the second major factor is the quality of pipe and bends. The number of bends isn't a big deal, as long as they're less than 45 degrees, which will hinder flow. As 91ed9 suggested, a diagonal pipe from your rear-passenger's axle to the rear-driver's side bumper will net the same results as a straight-back muffler, and will be more legal (at least in my states, you aren't allowed to have a straight-back non-baffled muffler).

Just run it off at the down pipe. You don't need a exhaust; there overrated anyways. Or just make a side exit exhaust out the pass side, so every time you pass someone they hear your car and get pissed off.
