b16 / b18 lower timing cover the same

Are the lower timing belt covers on the b16 and b18 the same.

96 and newer ls, si and itr part numbers are the same (11810-P72-A00), but 95 and older ls, b16 motors have a different part number (11810-PR3-010). Should be the same though

it is not the same

i spent $30 for covers

and neither from b series integra fit
or the civics

i need the jdm covers
